The N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory proudly announces the 1st Stepanov International Flute Competition, held from March 24 to 30, 2025, in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Named after Fyodor Vasilyevich Stepanov, a pioneer of the Russian school of flute playing, this competition aims to support and develop young flutists’ skills, promoting excellence in concert performance.

Competition Schedule:
- Junior Group: Two rounds
- Senior Group: Three rounds, including a final round with a symphony orchestra

- Senior Group: Up to 200,000 rubles and special prizes, including performances and instruments
