Competition Overview
Open to flutists of all ages and backgrounds, the competition features five categories to accommodate different age groups and performance levels:
- Category A: Ages 11-14
- Category B: Ages 15-19
- Category C: Ages 20-23
- Category D: Ages 24-27
- Category E: Duos (two flutes) with piano, no age limit
Each category will include performances of repertoire carefully curated to challenge and inspire the participants. The program covers both solo flute works and pieces for flute and piano, with iconic compositions from composers like Stamitz, Poulenc, Fauré, Doppler, Mozart, and many more.
